Jim Frank served as CEO of Wheels from 1974 until 2017 when Dan Frank became CEO and Jim was elevated to Executive Chair.
Jim has also served as President, Board Member and Chairperson of the American Automobile Leasing Association (AALA).
Jim is currently a member of numerous Boards of Trustees, including the University of Chicago Hospitals, The University of Chicago, Dartmouth College, Teach for America, The Illinois Network of Charter Schools and serves as Chair of the Intrinsic Network of Charter Schools serving 2,000 urban students in Chicago.
Jim has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.
Dan is president and CEO of Wheels, Inc.
Dan is chairman of the board and former president of the American Automobile Leasing Association (AALA), and represents the fleet industry on legislative and regulatory policy. He also served eight years on the board of directors for the National Safety Council.
Prior to joining Wheels, Dan founded and sold a successful online restaurant supply company backed by the venture firm, Sequoia Capital. He was also part of the early management team at Onsale, a Kleiner Perkins funded startup that was acquired by Amazon.
Dan graduated from Dartmouth College with a BS in engineering and earned his MBA at Stanford University. He is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Shlomo is CFO of Wheels, Inc.
Shlomo joined Wheels in 2006 and has 30 years of diverse experience across financial disciplines in both private and public companies. Prior to joining Wheels, Shlomo held leadership positions at Transamerica Finance Corporation and earned progressively greater responsibilities in internal audit and treasury, while providing structuring guidance on corporate development projects. He attained the position of senior vice president and treasurer. Earlier, he worked in public accounting as a senior audit manager at KPMG.
Shlomo graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting. He earned his Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, from the University of Chicago. He is a certified public accountant.
